• Direct plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
• Develop and maintain proactive maintenance and equipment rejuvenation programs.
• Oversee cost control within budget while maintaining high quality.
• Nurture and develop supervisors, staff, and operators through training and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and environmental regulations.
• Serve as primary contact for suppliers, regulatory agencies, and local community.
