SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) seeks a seasoned Plant Manager to lead quarry operations with a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance. You will direct production, maintenance, quality, and logistics, driving efficiency and cost control to meet ambitious goals.

The role requires 5–7 years in quarry or mining management, with proven leadership and communication skills to guide a diverse team. Weekend/evening work may be needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Competenze

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quarry or mining management.
Strong knowledge of safety, health, and environmental standards in mining/quarrying.

Develop and mentor supervisors, technical staff, and operators through training and reviews.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Act as primary contact for suppliers, regulators, and the local community.
