Standard Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Quarry Manager to oversee production and shipping at a high-volume Rip Rap and Construction Aggregate site. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while guiding planning, budgeting, and site development.

Role requires strong leadership, experience in aggregates, and ability to manage cross-functional teams. Travel and occasional nights/weekends may be needed; safety and regulatory compliance are priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing operations with progressive responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in mining or civil engineering preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aggregate operations including quarry development and plant operations.
• Set site goals, monitor production targets, and manage loading processes.
• Ensure safety compliance and build strong team capabilities.
