Job summary

Standard Construction Co., a CRH Company, in Bloomsdale, MO seeks a Quarry Manager to oversee production and shipping of Rip Rap and construction aggregates. Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across the site, with responsibility for planning, budgeting, and operational coordination.

The role requires leadership of a cross-functional team, development of personnel, and adherence to MSHA/DEP regulations. Travel and night/weekend shifts may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in managing operations with a demonstrated record of progressive advancement
• Bachelor's degree in mining or civil engineering preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all aggregate operations, including quarry development, drill/blast, aggregate plant operations and equipment maintenance
• Set site operating goals and objectives, manage production and loading processes, and monitor performance targets
• Communicate vision, provide direction, and identify development opportunities for direct reports
• Conduct annual evaluations of direct reports and coach for performance
• Maintain safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental procedures across site
