One of the region's fastest-growing Property Consultancies is actively recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Gloucester.

THE COMPANY

The client is an independent, privately owned Consultancy with a network of offices across the UK. They have a great reputation in the market and are working on some of the region's largest developments. Projects range from Public to Private sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Education, and Health.

Project values currently range from £500k to £50 million, offering a diverse and extensive portfolio.

THE POSITION

They are actively seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work alongside a team of experienced Chartered professionals. The role involves involvement in projects from inception to completion across various sectors. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects valued between £1 million and £20 million.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal Quantity Surveyor must:

• Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying
• Have 5+ years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role
• Possess good communication and client-facing skills
• Be MRICS qualified or on the way to passing their APC
