THE ROLE
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager, you will join a growing team, working closely with all levels of the business to deliver cost estimating and management services to clients, architects, and developers. This client-facing role initially focuses on CRE/TI fit-out projects, engaging directly with clients, architects, consultants, and construction managers to build strong relationships. We seek self-motivated, efficient, and positive candidates to contribute to our strategic growth, providing opportunities for rapid career advancement.
As a senior team member, you'll handle multiple complex assignments, deliver within deadlines, and manage project teams to provide excellent services, supporting leadership to achieve outstanding regional outcomes.
