About Us

About The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide cost management expertise on major infrastructure projects across Sydney. You will be responsible for overseeing cost planning, contract administration, and financial forecasting, ensuring project budgets are effectively managed and risks are mitigated. Working closely with project teams, you will play a key role in delivering commercially successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Leading cost estimation, budget management, and financial reporting
• Managing contract administration, including variations, claims, and procurement
• Conducting risk assessments and advising on cost-effective solutions
• Collaborating with project managers and site teams to ensure financial efficiency
• Preparing detailed cost reports and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
• Progress claim and payment management and compilation in accordance with the relevant legislation

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Extensive experience in infrastructure or civil construction projects
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to assess financial risks
• Expertise in contract management, cost control, and financial reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
