Job summary

Commence, headquartered near Virginia Beach with remote options, seeks a Senior Quantitative Researcher to design and implement CMS/CMMI alternative payment models (APMs). Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field with 4+ years CMS/CMMI APM experience.
• Experience implementing and evaluating CMS/CMMI APMs preferred.
• Experience with two of: screening/monitoring, attribution, payments, quality measures, comparison groups, quasi-experimental designs.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid data and federal audiences.
• Experience with cloud analytics platforms and BI tools.
• CMS background-investigation eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct CMS/CMMI implementation and evaluation tasks.
• Develop methodology documents, evaluation reports, and briefings.
• Collaborate with economists, data scientists, and engineers on research.
