Qualifications

• PhD or Doctorate in economics, health services research, health policy, public health or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing and/or evaluating CMS/CMMI alternative payment models (APMs).
• Experience with both implementation and evaluation preferred.
• Proficiency with SAS, R, Python, or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct evaluations of CMS/CMMI APMs using robust quasi-experimental methods.
• Translate policy goals into operational methodologies using claims, enrollment and related data.
• Lead and collaborate on methodology documents and evaluation reports.
