Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a data-driven analytics professional to lead analytical efforts in the consumer and small business product space. You will acquire and transform data, create insights, and deliver recommendations to guide product decisions. Collaboration with marketing, product, and technology teams is essential.

You will define and monitor KPIs, evaluate product adoption and customer journeys, and communicate complex results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Source, integrate, transform, and validate data from multiple systems using modern data tools.
• Experience in product analytics, customer analytics, marketing analytics, or business performance analytics.
• Define and track key performance indicators, develop practical measurement frameworks, and assess business impact.
• Knowledge of segmentation, behavioral analytics, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and test-and-learn methods.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Sources, integrates, and transforms data across relational and non-relational platforms using SQL, Python, Spark/Scala, SAS, and other analytic tools.
• Translates business questions into analytical frameworks and applies quantitative techniques to develop recommendations.
• Evaluates product performance and customer journeys by defining adoption, usage, engagement, retention, and impact metrics.
• Partners with product, marketing, technology, data governance, and business teams to align requirements and outcomes.
• Communicates findings using data storytelling, visualizations, and executive-ready materials with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Tableau.
• Validates data and outputs, resolves inconsistencies, and adheres to governance and documentation standards.
• Leads complex analytical initiatives and supports team capability development.
