Qualifications

• Source, integrate, transform, and validate data from multiple systems using modern data tools.
• Experience in product analytics, customer analytics, marketing analytics, or business performance analytics.
• Ability to define and track KPIs, develop measurement frameworks, and assess business impact.

Responsibilities

• Source, integrate, and transform data across platforms using SQL, Python, Spark/Scala, SAS, and other tools.
• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and apply segmentation and test-and-learn techniques.
• Evaluate product performance and customer journeys by defining metrics related to adoption, usage, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, technology, and governance teams to clarify requirements and deliver outcomes.
• Communicate complex findings via data storytelling, visuals, and recommendations using PowerPoint, Excel, and Tableau.
• Validate data and outputs, follow governance, and support trusted metrics.
