Job summary

Bank of America seeks a senior data analytics professional to lead analytical work for consumer and small business product initiatives. You will source, transform, and analyze data using SQL, Python, Spark, SAS, and other tools to generate meaningful insights that inform product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Sources, integrates, and transforms data across platforms using SQL, Python, Spark/Scala, SAS, and other tools.
• Translates business questions into analytical frameworks and applies segmentation, behavioral analytics, and test-and-learn techniques.
• Evaluates product performance and customer journeys by defining and monitoring metrics related to adoption, usage, engagement, retention, attrition, and business impact.
• Partners across product, marketing, technology, data product management, governance, and business teams to clarify requirements and deliver outcomes.
• Communicates complex analytical findings through data storytelling and visualizations using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Tableau.
• Validates data and outputs; follows governance and controls to ensure trusted metrics.
• Leads complex analytical initiatives and supports team capability development.
