Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong quantitative background in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, and ThoughtSpot.
• Experience in product analytics, customer analytics, marketing analytics, portfolio analytics, or business performance analytics.
• Ability to define and track key performance indicators and develop measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Sources, integrates, and transforms data across relational and non-relational platforms using SQL, Python, Spark/Scala, SAS, and other analytical tools to create meaningful measures, insights, and reusable outputs.
• Translates business and product questions into analytical frameworks and applies quantitative techniques to develop actionable recommendations.
• Evaluates product performance and customer journeys by defining and monitoring metrics related to adoption, usage, engagement, retention, attrition, outcomes, and impact.
• Partners across product, marketing, technology, data governance, and business teams to clarify requirements and ensure data product adoption.
• Communicates complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with data storytelling, visualizations, and actionable recommendations.
• Ensures data validity and governance, resolving inconsistencies and maintaining trusted metrics.
• Leads complex analytic initiatives and supports development of team capabilities.
