Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to lead data-driven insights for consumer and small business products. You will partner with marketing, product, and technology to translate questions into analytical approaches, define KPIs, and present clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Must source, integrate, transform, and validate data from multiple systems of record.
• Experience in product/marketing analytics and business performance analytics.
• Ability to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and assess business impact.
• Fluency with Python and SQL; understand relational/non-relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Sources, integrates, and transforms data across platforms using SQL, Python, Spark/Scala, SAS, and other tools to create meaningful measures and outputs.
• Translates business questions into analytical frameworks and applies segmentation, behavioral analytics, and test-and-learn methods to generate actionable insights.
• Evaluates product performance and customer journeys by defining metrics for adoption, usage, engagement, retention, and impact.
• Partners with product, marketing, technology, data governance, and business teams to clarify requirements and deliver outcomes.
• Communicates complex findings through storytelling, visuals, and clear recommendations using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Tableau.
• Validates data and outputs, resolves inconsistencies, and follows governance to ensure trusted metrics.
• Leads complex analytical initiatives and supports team capability development.
