Qualifications

• . Educational background in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science (IIT/NIT preferred).
• . 4+ years of experience in Product analytics/Decision management, preferably banking/fintech/financial services.
• . Proficiency in SAS and SQL; hands-on with Tableau/Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint; analytics tools like Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics preferred.
• . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; banking product knowledge beneficial.
• . Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and implementation of A/B tests and experiments to validate product hypotheses.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor product KPIs and user behavior.
• Analyze customer journeys, funnel metrics, and lifecycle behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Track user acquisitions, visualize user flows, and identify friction points.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executives and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and BI teams to ensure data availability, accuracy, and scalability.
• Coach and mentor a team of analysts to drive business impact.
• Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making across the product organization.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy across reporting tools.
