Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in economics, finance, or related quantitative field.
• 1+ year of related work experience or graduate degree with relevant exposure.
• Strong analytical and econometric skills with Python proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support testifying experts in litigation matters and prepare reports.
• Build valuation and damages models using Python and statistical tools.
• Research industries, markets, and companies relevant to litigation and M&A.
• Conduct econometric analyses for liability, damages, and class certification.
• Advise on antitrust review of mergers, including market definition and effects.
• Develop and apply econometric models (HMT/SSNIP, GUPPI, merger simulations).
• Present findings to internal teams, clients, and authorities.
