Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Corporate Finance team seeks a Senior Associate with strong economics, econometrics, and valuation skills to support complex litigation and antitrust engagements. You’ll build models, conduct analyses, and communicate results to clients and regulators.

You’ll work in a collaborative environment, leveraging AI-driven tools, and you must be able to travel as needed while operating within a hybrid US workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of related work experience, or graduate degree; or advanced degree in economics, finance, statistics, econometrics, math, financial engineering, or related quantitative discipline.
• Experience in economic consulting for litigation or economic antitrust for merger approvals is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Python.

Responsibilities

• Support testifying experts in commercial litigation matters, including reports and depositions.
• Build valuation and damages models and perform econometric analyses.
• Research industries, markets, and companies relevant to litigation and merger matters.
• Conduct economic and econometric analyses in liability, damages, and class certification.
• Advise on antitrust review of mergers and acquisitions, including market definition and competitive effects.
• Develop econometric and quantitative models (HMT/SSNIP, GUPPI, merger simulation, diversion ratio).
• Prepare and present findings to internal teams, clients, and counsel; support regulatory submissions.
