Job summary

EY-Parthenon in New York, Los Angeles, and other U.S. offices seeks a Senior Associate in Corporate Finance with a focus on Quantitative Finance and Economics. You will develop econometric models, advise on antitrust matters, and support expert testimony in high-stakes litigation and M&A settings.

You will leverage Python and econometric methods to deliver defensible conclusions, working with a diverse team of practitioners across EY-Parthenon’s corporate finance practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with related work experience.
• Graduate degree or advanced degree in economics, finance, statistics, econometrics, mathematics, financial engineering, or related quantitative field.
• Experience in economic consulting for litigation or economic antitrust for mergers is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python and ability to work with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Support testifying experts in commercial litigation matters, including reports and depositions.
• Build valuation and damages models using Python and statistical tools.
• Research industries and companies related to litigation and merger matters.
• Conduct economic and econometric analysis for liability, damages, and class certification.
• Advise on antitrust review of mergers and acquisitions; define markets and effects.
