EY-Parthenon—Corporate Finance—Quantitative Finance and Economics is seeking a Senior Associate in New York and multiple U.S. locations. The role focuses on applying econometrics, valuation, and economic analysis to complex litigation and merger matters.

The team collaborates with CEOs, Boards, PE firms, and regulators, delivering rigorous economic insights and defensible conclusions. A hybrid work model is available, with strong emphasis on independent and collaborative work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of related work experience or graduate degree with 1+ year of related work experience
• Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) in economics/finance/statistics/econometrics or related field desired
• Experience in economics consulting for litigation or antitrust is a plus
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Support testifying experts in litigation matters and prepare reports and depositions
• Build valuation and damages models using Python and statistical tools
• Research industries, markets, and companies relevant to litigation and merger matters
• Conduct econometric analyses to support liability, damages, and class certification
• Advise on antitrust reviews of mergers and provide market definition insights
• Develop and apply econometric models including HMT, GUPPI, merger simulations
• Present findings to clients, counsel, and regulators with clear documentation
