EY-Parthenon invites experienced professionals to join its Corporate Finance - Quantitative Finance & Economics team in a Senior Associate capacity. You’ll apply rigorous economic and econometric methods to high-stakes litigation and antitrust matters, building models and delivering clear, defendable conclusions for clients and regulators.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex datasets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of related work experience; or an advanced degree in economics, finance, statistics, econometrics, mathematics, financial engineering, or related quantitative discipline.
• Experience in economic consulting for litigation or economic antitrust for merger approvals is a plus.
• Strong Python analytics and microeconomics foundation.

Responsibilities

• Support testifying experts in commercial litigation matters, including preparation of expert reports, rebuttal reports, and deposition materials.
• Build valuation and damages models, and perform analyses using Python and other statistical tools.
• Research industries, markets, and companies relevant to litigation and merger matters.
• Conduct economic and econometric analysis in support of liability, damages, and class certification.
• Advise clients and counsel on antitrust review of mergers, including market definition and competitive effects.
• Develop econometric and quantitative models, including HMT/SSNIP, GUPPI, merger simulation, and diversion ratio estimation.
• Prepare and present findings to internal teams, clients, and counsel, and support experts in regulatory submissions.
• Work with clients to establish clear, well-documented analytical processes and workpapers.
