Commence is seeking a Senior Quantitative Researcher focused on Alternative Payment Model implementation and evaluation. You will design, implement, and evaluate CMS/CMMI-based models, generating actionable insights to guide federal programs and our growth.

Collaborate with economists, data scientists, and engineers, apply ML-based methods on the Commence platform, and prepare evaluation reports and client-ready briefings. Remote work is supported with occasional travel to client sites.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of CMS/CMMI APM implementation/evaluation experience.
• Hands-on experience with implementation and evaluation tasks.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid data preferred.
• Proficiency in SAS, R, Python or SQL; Databricks or cloud analytics exposure.
• Ability to produce clear, federal-facing documentation and proposals.

Responsabilidades

• Design and conduct implementation and evaluation of CMS/CMMI APMs.
• Lead methodology documents, evaluation reports, and client briefings.
• Collaborate with economists, data scientists, and engineers on ML-based approaches.
• Translate policy goals into operational methodologies using claims and program data.
• Provide high-quality work products on time and within budget.
