Job summary

Qualifications

• D. in economics, health services research, health policy, public health, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing and/or evaluating CMS/CMMI alternative payment models.
• Experience with Databricks, Power BI, Tableau.
• Proficiency in SAS, R, Python, or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate on methodology documents, evaluation reports, and briefings for CMMI model teams; turning findings into actionable recommendations.
• Design and conduct evaluations to estimate impact on healthcare spending, utilization, and quality.
• Translate model design documents and policy goals into operational methodologies and specifications; develop value-based care components.
• Collaborate with economists, data scientists, and engineers to apply ML-based methods and develop novel approaches on the Commence platform.
