Commence, a data-centric health research company, is seeking a Senior Quantitative Researcher focused on CMS/CMMI alternative payment models.

You will design and implement evaluation studies, translate policy goals into operational methods using claims and enrollment data, and collaborate with economists, data scientists, and engineers to apply ML-based approaches on the Commence platform. Remote work is supported within the United States.

Occasional travel to client sites may be required.

Formación

• PhD and 4+ years in CMS/CMMI implementation or evaluation.
• Experience with CMS/CMMI alternative payment models.
• Ability to translate policy goals into operational methods for healthcare data.
• Experience with healthcare data (claims, enrollment).

Responsabilidades

• Design and conduct CMS/CMMI APM implementation and evaluation tasks.
• Collaborate with economists, data scientists, and engineers to apply ML-based methods.
• Develop methodology documents and evaluation reports for model teams.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Support proposal writing and budgeting processes.
