Job summary

BD is seeking a Senior Quality Manager, Learning & Capability, to develop and improve training programs that strengthen quality performance and compliance across the organization. You will collaborate with Process Owners, SMEs, and leadership to identify capability needs and design strategic learning solutions that drive QMS execution and quality outcomes.

The role leads capability initiatives, ensures trainer networks, and measures program effectiveness to continuously improve workforce

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries with knowledge of Quality Systems, training, capability development or related disciplines.
• Experience designing and implementing learning solutions, qualification programs, workflow learning, performance support tools, or capability-building initiatives.
• Experience with digital Learning applications including AI enabled tools

Responsibilities

• Partner with Process Owners, SMEs, and stakeholders to identify capability needs and design learning, qualification, certification, and performance support solutions that improve QMS execution and business performance.
• Lead the deployment of solutions, including rollout approach, trainer readiness, workshops and ongoing monitoring.
• Provide expert guidance on learning and performance methodologies to drive adoption, proficiency, and sustained performance.
