Becton, Dickinson, and Company (BD) in the United States seeks a Senior Quality Manager, Learning & Capability to design and optimize learning and capability initiatives that elevate QMS performance and compliance. You will partner with process owners, SMEs, and leadership to implement fit-for-purpose training and performance support across global programs.

Reporting to the Director of Quality Training and Capability Development, you will lead capability design, rollout, and governance, while

Qualifications

BS degree in engineering or science required.
8+ years in medical device or pharma with quality/training experience.
Experience designing learning solutions and qualification programs.
Experience with digital learning including AI-enabled tools.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

Design and develop learning, qualification, and performance solutions to strengthen QMS execution.
Lead deployment of training programs, including trainer readiness and workshops.
Provide guidance on learning methods to drive adoption and proficiency.
Serve as capability lead for assigned Quality programs with sustainment goals.
Establish trainer networks and monitor program effectiveness with data.
