Job summary

BD, a leading global medical technology company, seeks a Senior Quality Manager, Learning & Capability to advance training, capability development and performance support across Quality Management Systems. You will partner with Process Owners, SMEs and leadership to design fit-for-purpose learning strategies and certification programs that boost QMS execution and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum BS Degree in Engineering or Science related field required.
Eight (8+) years of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries with knowledge of Quality Systems, training, capability development or related disciplines.
Experience designing and implementing learning solutions, qualification programs, workflow learning, performance support tools, or capability-building initiatives.
Experience with digital Learning applications including AI enabled tools.
Strong facilitation, consultation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Identify capability needs and design learning, qualification, certification, and performance support solutions to improve QMS execution.
Lead deployment of solutions including rollout, trainer readiness, workshops and monitoring.
Provide guidance on learning methodologies to drive adoption and performance.
Monitor program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement with data and stakeholder feedback.
Ensure governance, compliance, and documentation for training processes.
