Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Quality Systems Coordinator to support the site Quality team. You will focus on accuracy and efficiency in administrative tasks, SQF program management, and supplier coordination to ensure compliance across quality processes.

The role requires a strong quality background in manufacturing, GMP/HACCP knowledge, and attention to detail. Some travel and shift flexibility may be required in this fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Food Science, Quality or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of quality systems (GMP, HACCP, SQF) – certification required.
• In plants co-packaging alcoholic beverages, sensory tasting must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies (GMPs) and PPE requirements.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency for administrative tasks in Quality.
• Provide admin support to QA team and manage procurement of lab supplies.
• Process invoices related to lab supplies and manage COAs.
• Maintain SQF documentation, SOPs, audits, and corrective actions.
• Support plant audits and compile leadership reports; lead Management Review.
• Coordinate annual Food Safety/HACCP reviews and communicate quality data.
• Organize delivery of Certificates of Analysis for ingredients.
• Oversee alcohol handling procedures where applicable.
