Job summary

Sonaca North America is seeking a Quality Supervisor to direct QA/QC, MRB, Document Control and Source Prep in alignment with Sonaca standards. The role reports to plant management and requires strong leadership to build a cohesive team, manage audits, and drive continual quality improvements.

The ideal candidate will hold a B.S. in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering with at least five years of related experience, excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Five years closely related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with training and building strong work teams that require minimal management oversight.
• Must be well organized with strong prioritization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and assess quality procedures for compliance.
• Develop or revise procedures and define responsibilities and technical instructions.
• Evaluate procedures at other facilities for best-practice deployment.
• Set quality objectives with production to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
• Provide defect and scrap data to enable corrective actions.
• Monitor progress and improve quality through collaboration with teams.
• Train, direct and supervise QC staff in inspection and testing processes.
• Communicate performance expectations and coach teams to meet targets.
• Travel to other sites for training or quality initiatives as needed.
