Job summary

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree with 5-10 years of experience or pursuing a degree
• BA/BS degree with 3-5 years of experience
• Minimum 5 years of supervision/leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Reviews production orders and schedules to plan department operations.
• Oversees development and monitors work teams to meet company goals.
• Prepares production schedules and coordinates daily activities to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Reviews production and operating reports to resolve issues and minimize costs.
• Drives continuous improvement projects and LEAN initiatives within the area.
