Job summary

Sonaca North America is seeking a Production Supervisor in Auburn, WA. The role oversees assembly, machining, or processing operations with emphasis on safety, quality, and throughput. You will drive daily production meetings, monitor performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN tools.

Responsibilities include training, cross-training, and developing staff; ensuring QAP compliance; and coordinating with departments to meet customer specs and delivery dates.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of supervision/leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Willingness to pursue further degree as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review production orders and schedules to plan department operations.
• Oversee work teams to meet goals and objectives.
• Coordinate daily activities to ensure on-time production and quality.
