Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required; 7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• AS9100 & ISO 9001 compliance experience preferred.
• Experience with corrective action processes and CMM inspection.
• Familiarity with GD&T (ANSI/ASME Y14.5) and inspection methods.

Responsibilities

• Direct the QA department, ensuring products meet customer specifications.
• Lead and coordinate daily QA activities and training for staff.
• Develop, implement and monitor QA plans and procedures to improve product quality and reliability.
• Investigate and resolve customer quality issues and nonconformances with suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain compliance with government regulations and industry standards.
