Job summary

Suffolk is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead the MC Quality Program on large, multi-building projects, ensuring conformance with codes and client expectations. The role oversees quality planning, inspections, and stakeholder engagement across complex assignments.

You will mentor Quality Managers, drive inspections and nonconformance resolution, coordinate with procurement and commissioning, and report quality performance to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• At least eight years in construction quality and leadership.
• Experience with mission-critical projects and client relations.
• Knowledge of IBC/NEC/NFPA/ASHRAE codes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Planning and implementation across assignments.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and turnover milestones.
• Manage quality issues, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Mentor Quality Managers and coordinate with client leaders.
• Support preconstruction, pursuits, audits, and continuous improvement.
