Job summary

Suffolk Construction’s Mission Critical Center of Excellence seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead data center and mission-critical construction programs, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule across trades. The role includes on-site leadership, document control, and client coordination.

You will mentor field engineers, manage layouts, inspections, progress reporting, and daily activities while upholding Suffolk’s core values of passion, integrity, hard work, professionalism and caring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and relevant construction experience.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multi-trade teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and distribute construction documents to project team.
• Verify layout and field dimensions; ensure line and grade compliance.
• Administer Quality Management Program and track deficiencies to resolution.
• Monitor progress on-site ensuring compliance with contract documents.
