Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Architecture/Engineering/Quality Management or equivalent.
• 5+ years in construction with QA/QC experience.
• Strong understanding of means and methods of construction.
• Familiar with national and state codes and quality standards.
• Proficient with industry software for QC reporting.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Corporate Quality Management Program across all areas of the business and ensure compliance.
• Expand and develop SOPs and processes to achieve high quality on projects.
• Assist with creation of project-specific Quality Management Plans and verify implementation.
• Develop quality metrics and work cross-functionally with operations to address trends.
• Manage a team of Quality Managers to execute reporting tasks.
• Conduct random site evaluations and follow-up to ensure corrections.
• Share best practices across project teams and quality staff.
• Ensure compliance with Federal/State/local quality regulations including ADA, ASHE, NFPA, UL, ASTM, FBC.
• Develop and update training curriculum for field operations and subcontractors.
• Stay informed on trends by joining organizations and forums related to quality.
• Represent Suffolk with Owners, Architects, Consultants, Authorities, Vendors, Subcontractors.
• Build relationships with clients and project teams.
