Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
• Experience in ISO9001 and AS9100 environments is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality and reliability issues for the System Cooling Products line; define shop floor quality requirements and drive improvements.
• Partner with service for failure analysis; drive CAPA and reduce failure modes across the organization.
• Lead audits of processes and quality systems; summarize data for the Quality Manager monthly.
• Mentor teams in advanced problem-solving methods (8D, 5Why, DMAIC) and drive supplier quality improvements.
