Job summary

The role collaborates with Process Engineering, Production, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, audits, CAPA, and supplier quality programs in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive quality management experience.
• AS9100 certification and audits experience required (4+ years).
• Experience with root cause analysis and CAPA processes.
• Experience in precision manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site Quality Management System (QMS) in AS9100/ISO 9001 compliance.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections and quality plans.
• Manage internal, supplier, and customer audits; close findings timely.
• Drive supplier quality programs and corrective actions with suppliers.
• Lead continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives.
