Qualifications

• Basic (Required) Qualifications: BS in Mechanical/Aerospace/Thermal Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be located within 75 miles of Lancaster, PA; no relocation offered.
• Company does not sponsor immigration for this role.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced thermal management products for customer applications.
• Apply heat transfer principles including conduction, convection, and two‑phase systems.
• Analyze and predict performance of thermal systems (heat pipes, vapor chambers, thermosiphons, refrigeration).
• Create 3D models and manufacturing drawings using CAD software.
• Perform CFD analyses with FloTHERM or Icepak.
• Design and execute experiments to validate performance and optimize designs.
• Prototype hardware testing and lab evaluations.
• Prepare technical reports, datasheets, and customer presentations.
• Support proposals, customer visits, and technical documentation.
