Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Master Data Analyst to support creation, maintenance, and governance of master data in a fast-paced pharma manufacturing setting. You will analyze process performance, collaborate across sites, and contribute to SOPs and training materials.

The role requires SAP master data experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic global environment with potential temporary relocation. Excel proficiency and GMP awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business, or related field with minimum 2 years of relevant experience (or Master's with 1+ year).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced pilot plant environment.
• Direct experience with SAP master data.
• Strong manufacturing principles understanding and translation to automation/digital solutions.
• Collaborative across functions in a changing global environment.

Responsibilities

• Support creation, maintenance, review, analysis, and accuracy of master data.
• Assist with sustainment, performance, and monitoring of standard business processes in production execution and master data functions.
• Support master data governance, data standards, stewardship expectations, and escalation processes.
• Gather, analyze, and report process performance and transactional discipline metrics.
• Collaborate with site and regional/global teams and participate in the site CoP Team.
• Assist with SOPs and training materials and provide end-user training support.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve master data issues, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Participate in process improvement projects, including planning, stakeholder coordination, and implementation.
• Identify and support continuous process improvement opportunities and promote network best practices.
• Coordinate and share best practices with company sites.
• Serve as a technical resource through consultation, coaching, and practical support.
• Assist in external agency inspections as needed.
• Support safety, compliance, and GMP initiatives.
• Temporarily support the West Point, PA site for ~18-24 months before relocating to Rahway, NJ.

Requirements

• BS degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business, or a related field with minimum 2 full years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 1+ year of relevant experience


• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic pilot plant environment


• Direct experience working with SAP master data


• Strong understanding of manufacturing principles/processes and ability to translate manufacturing requirements into an Automation/Digital Solution


• Ability to work collaboratively across various functions in a challenging and changing global environment


• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills


• High personal integrity, credibility, and energy


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Strong computer skills in Excel


• Experience in pharma/sterile manufacturing preferred


• Experience working with MES systems preferred


• No visa sponsorship available


• Applicants must be comfortable with the planned relocation from West Point, PA to Rahway, NJ
