L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Canoga Park, CA is seeking a Sr. Associate, Manufacturing Quality Engineer to provide program Quality Engineering support across the lifecycle, from design through production and supplier support.

You will drive Six Sigma and Lean improvements, manage corrective and preventive actions, interpret drawings and requirements, and participate in MRB to ensure first-pass quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of related quality experience.
• Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0–2 years of related quality experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of related quality experience.
• Valid driver’s license for company business use.

Responsabilités

• Ensure customer requirements flow-down and hardware meets specifications.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to reduce risk and improve processes.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions with internal teams and suppliers.
• Interpret drawings and specs to ensure compliance and support design reviews.
• Participate in MRB and manage disposition of nonconforming hardware.
