L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Quality Engineer to join our Canoga Park, CA team.

This role provides program Quality Engineering support across the lifecycle—from design through production and supplier involvement. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of quality experience (or graduate degree with 4+ years; or 10+ years without a degree), and be proficient in Six Sigma, Lean, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree or higher; 6+ years quality experience; graduate degree optional with 4+ years; or 10 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Six sigma, Lean manufacturing, and quality improvement focus.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and customer quality requirements.
• Experience with MRB processes and nonconforming hardware handling.
• Security clearance ability (US Secret) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer requirements flow-down and hardware compliance to specs.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions with supplier involvement.
• Support design reviews to identify inspectability and producibility issues early.
• Participate in MRB, segregation, disposition decisions, and board meetings.
• Maintain clear communication and reporting to internal/external customers.
