Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; 6+ years of engineering experience, or 10 years in lieu of a degree.
• Graduate degree with 4+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum 10 years of related engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Lean Six Sigma and data-driven process improvements.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and KPI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Develop capacity assessments and simulate processes for manufacturing planning and execution.
• Establish, measure, and evaluate manufacturing metrics and KPIs.
• Create and maintain production metrics and dashboards to track KPIs.
• Support root cause analyses and implement corrective actions for quality and process issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and improve capabilities.
• Effectively communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.
• Mentor production teams on lean manufacturing principles.
