Job summary

ENERCON is expanding its Corporate Quality organization and seeking a Quality Engineer to support the Quality Management System across a diverse portfolio. This role can be located in any ENERCON office or remote within the US for senior levels, with a strong focus on auditing internal operations, suppliers, and project execution.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of quality assurance experience in regulated environments, knowledge of 10 CFR, ASME/ANSI NQA-1, ISO 9001, and Lead Auditor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years quality assurance in regulated or engineering environments.
• Experience auditing engineering design packages, processes, and suppliers.
• Lead Auditor experience and NQA-1 familiarity are preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform internal and supplier audits and surveillances.
• Review contracts and flow-down of quality requirements.
• Review and improve quality procedures within the QMS.
• Prepare and manage Corrective Action Reports and verification.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, procurement and operations.
