Job summary

ENERCON is expanding its Corporate Quality organization and seeks a Quality Engineer to strengthen our Quality Management System across a diverse portfolio. You will embed quality into processes from inception to execution and may work remotely within the US for senior level candidates.

This role emphasizes auditing internal operations, suppliers, and project execution, with preference for nuclear quality experience but value placed on auditing in regulated or complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years in quality assurance in regulated/engineering environments.
• Experience auditing design packages, processes, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform internal and supplier audits.
• Review contracts and quality requirements to ensure proper flow-down.
• Review and improve quality procedures across QMS and projects.
• Prepare and manage Corrective Action Reports and verify effectiveness.
• Collaborate with engineering, PM, procurement, and operations to resolve issues.
