Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of quality assurance experience in a highly regulated or engineering consulting-driven environment.
• Experience auditing engineering design packages, internal processes, and suppliers.
• Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Auditing & Compliance: Plan and perform internal audits and supplier audits and surveillances as a certified Lead Auditor; enforce requirements and stop nonconforming work when necessary.
• Contract & Requirement Review: Review purchase orders, contracts, task orders, and agreements to ensure proper flow-down of quality requirements.
• Quality Systems & Procedures: Review, revise, and improve quality procedures; support continuous improvement of ENERCON's Quality Management System and QA Program.
• Corrective Action & Root Cause: Prepare, issue, and manage Corrective Action Reports; perform or support causal analysis and verify effectiveness of corrective action.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, project management, procurement, and operations teams to resolve quality issues.
