Job summary

ENERCON is expanding its Corporate Quality organization and seeking a Quality Engineer to support our Quality Management System across a diverse portfolio. The role focuses on auditing internal operations, suppliers, and project execution activities to drive quality improvements.

Ideal candidates have mid-to-senior experience in regulated environments, with strong ability to influence quality decisions enterprise-wide and to work independently. Some roles may be remote within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years of QA experience in regulated or engineering environments.
• Lead Auditor experience and regulatory knowledge preferred.
• Experience auditing design packages, processes and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform internal and supplier audits as Lead Auditor.
• Review contracts and purchase orders to flow down quality requirements.
• Update quality procedures and support QMS improvements.
• Prepare and manage Corrective Action Reports and verify effectiveness.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management and operations to resolve quality issues.
