ENERCON Services, Inc. is expanding its Corporate Quality organization and seeking a Quality Engineer to support and strengthen our Quality Management System across a diverse and technically complex portfolio.

The role emphasizes auditing internal operations, suppliers, and project execution activities, and may be remote within the US for senior candidates. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3+ years of QA experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred; other technical degrees considered.
• 3+ years of quality assurance experience in regulated or engineering environments.
• Experience auditing engineering design packages, internal processes, and suppliers.
• Knowledge of 10 CFR Part 21, 10 CFR Part 50 Appendix B, ASME/ANSI NQA-1, and ISO 9001.
• Lead Auditor experience; NQA-1 qualification preferred.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, auditing techniques, and corrective actions.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documents; excellent communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to federal contract requirements.

• Auditing & Compliance: Plan and perform internal and supplier audits; enforce requirements.
• Contract & Requirement Review: Ensure proper flow-down of quality requirements.
• Quality Systems & Procedures: Review and improve quality procedures; support improvements.
• Corrective Action & Root Cause: Manage CAPAs and verify effectiveness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, PM, procurement, and operations.
