Job summary

Doyon Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the company's Quality Management System across multiple project sites. You will oversee QA/QC on pipelines, maintenance, and construction activities, ensuring compliance with client, regulatory, and contract requirements.

The role requires extensive QA/QC leadership, strong documentation, and collaboration with management, clients, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Current AWS Certified Welding Inspector Certificate required.
• NACE (now AMPP) Coating Inspector preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field, or 15 years of QA/QC experience plus 2 years of management experience may be substituted for education.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the construction industry required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Quality Control personnel across DES projects.
• Administer DES Corporate Quality Management System and tailor it to project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Ensure testing and inspection results meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continual improvement of quality processes and procedures.
