Job summary

Doyon Management Services, LLC(DMS) is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead the QA/QC effort on government and military construction projects. You will develop and manage the Quality Control Plan, review submittals, and coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and authorities having jurisdiction to ensure compliance.

The role requires experience with USACE, NAVFAC, CQM-C certification, and a strong background in QA/QC processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction quality control experience.
• Experience with USACE or NAVFAC projects.
• Certified QC Specialist/Manager on federal projects (preferred).
• CQM-C certification or ability to obtain/renew.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the Quality Control Plan for assigned projects.
• Read and interpret complex contract specs and drawings.
• Review submittals and RFIs; ensure contract requirements are met.
• Develop Daily Activity Reports documenting daily site activities.
• Mentor Quality Control personnel and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Utilize QCS/RMS and MS Office tools to prepare reports and analyses.
