Job summary

Doyon Energy Services, LLC seeks a Quality Manager to lead the quality management system across our projects. You will oversee material testing, inspections, and construction activities to ensure compliance with corporate, client, and regulatory standards.

The role requires extensive QA/QC leadership, experience in oilfield projects, and collaboration with management, clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Location options include Fairbanks or Anchorage with seasonal full-time commitments.

Qualifications

• Current AWS Certified Welding Inspector certificate required.
• NACE/AMPP Coating Inspector preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or 15 years QA/QC experience with management substitution.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to project Quality Control personnel across DES projects.
• Administer Corporate Quality Management System and tailor to project requirements.
• Prepare project quality plans and inspection requirements.
• Review QC personnel hiring and training; coordinate with clients and suppliers.
• Maintain documentation of quality control and assurance activities.
