The QC Manager will oversee quality control activities, supervise QC Technicians, and coordinate with Production and Sales teams to ensure specifications are met across divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four‑year college or technical school; plus three+ years of related experience and/or training.
• 5+ years of relevant experience may be considered in place of education.

Responsibilities

• Promote and ensure safety in day-to-day activities.
• Meet all requirements for the Ohio Department of Transportation, Levels 2 and 3 (asphalt), Levels 1, 2, and 3 (aggregate).
• Continually improve operations to leverage Vertical Integration Capabilities and Market Share through Asphalt Mix Optimization and Engineering, implementation of Recycled Materials, and Aggregates.
• Recruit, coach, and develop employees to strengthen the workforce.
• Demonstrate hands-on, collaborative approach.
• Build influencing relationships and an effective QC Team.
• Maintain required certifications and licenses.
• Supervise the daily work of the QC Technicians within the area.
